Room Details

Le Petit Kinkin has three double bedrooms, three bathrooms (two of which are en suite), a large lounge, extremely functional kitchen and a large hallway. There is an additional WC off the entrance hallway.​

Bedrooms

Le Petit Kinkin boasts three large bedrooms that can all act as either doubles or twins. A cot is also available for use.

Two of those rooms also have en suite, with a third large family bathroom. There is also an additional WC off the entrance hallway.

The flexibility of this accommodation means whether you are a group of single friends or a couple of families with young children it can be set it up to suit your needs.

Meadow Room

 

Located on the first floor behind the lounge, this double or twin room has a new en-suite walk-in shower room.  It has views up to the local hillside towards beautiful wooded slopes.  

 

River Room

 

Located upstairs, the second bedroom is can act as either a double or twin. It has stunning views across the Vallee D'Aulps, looking across meadow and hillside, and is serenaded by sounds of the river.

 

The River Room has an en-suite with a large shower.​

Narnia Room

 

This is a room for the kids. It has either a double or twin bed set up below a mezzanine. On top of the mezzanine, there is another single bed. 

 

The Narnia room also has cot-bed for an infant or child up to 2 years old. This room also stores a child's high-chair, baby bath, changing mat.

 

 

Dining Area

The dining room area has a large table that can easily sit six people with an extension for eight. The hatch from the kitchen enables easy serving at dinner.

 

Although this area is open to the lounge, it maintains a separate feel with its wooden floors and door out onto the balcony.

Kitchen

The kitchen in Le Petit Kinkin has been set up by a keen chef. The layout is functional while keeping traditional charm. The range oven is large enough for a big family Christmas Turkey and there is ample worksurface for preparation. The double Belfast sink helps maintain the rustic feel. 

 

Two fridges and a freezer provides enough space for a full family shop. Dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine all make life easier. There is crockery, glassware, pots, and pans for the most lavish of meals.

 

A hatch from the kitchen opens onto a bar by the dining table allowing for easy serving.

Lounge

Beyond the dining table is a carpeted lounge with a traditional slate fireplace, cosy sofas and rocking chair. UK television and a DVD player are available. More doors open out onto the balcony with a hanging seat hammock and views to the nearby hillside.

 

The lounge provides access to the Meadow Room and the stairs leading to the second floor.
